2013 Arthritis Foundation National Partnership Award
This award recognizes a national and/or regional organization that has shown exemplary leadership and innovative collaboration that expands the Foundation’s capacity to reach more people with arthritis through a partnership activity.
Goal: Take two proven programs, bring them together, and see if participants’ lives are improved.
That’s what happened when the Arthritis Foundation, Great Lakes Region, Western Pennsylvania and the CAPH-PRC brought the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program together with “10 Keys ™ to Healthy Aging” educational campaign.
